Features:

  • Main body is casted with one piece graded casting.

  • Machine is fitted with best quality bearings and bronze metal brushes.

  • Machine is also fitted with best quality helical gears on both sides of machine rhythmically even at high speed. All machines are fitted with three gears set system to take extraordinary loads.

  • Every pin and shaft is grinded after duly tempering.

  • Machine is operated with electromagnetic clutch and brake system to avoid accidents.

  • Automatic time delay from 0 to 10 seconds and electrical sheet counter with ON/OFF switch.

  • Lubrication is provided to every revolving part by centralized lubricating pumps.

  • Machines are manufactured under the supervision of experienced technicians.

  • Machine is having quite smooth running and outlook is excellent with Deco Paint, Bright Chromium plating.
